Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Shaina Shah is proud to serve her community at Essex Dental Sleep Center. A Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Shah specializes in managing sleep-related breathing disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea, through advanced oral appliance therapy. Her passion for dental sleep medicine is deeply personal. Dr. Shah experienced the life-changing impact of oral appliance therapy firsthand while helping her husband manage his sleep apnea. Through treatment, he regained energy, lowered his blood pressure, and restored restful nights.
